There are 2 jobs:

2. Modify a section of bottom cupboard for dishwasher. Also need to have holes drilled in fir electrical wiring, etc.
Thank you!
Hello,
I have a small, 50year old home in London's Old North area. I am looking at a small kitchen renovation for around May. Was wondering if you had timing, would be interested in providing a quote. It requires a destruction down to the studs in the kitchen, a couple small interior walls removed, a bit of electrical for new counter spaces, then refinishing the wall, installing cabinets, laminate counters and a vinyl tile floor.
If interested, I could provide more detail about the project. See file attached.
Steve
I have just bought a house in Old North and would like to gut the kitchen and renovate it before moving in. The house is about 75 years old. It is relatively small, back wall is about 111'' with a window in the middle about 48'', left side wall about 91'', right side wall about 73'' and then i would like to have an islan about 6feet or less on the remaining side. This would open it up to the living room howeever there is presently a wall there which would need to be taken down.
We have a 50's house with an 80"s euro kitchen that has to go! It's a 3 in one project all to do with the same room.
The flashing needs to be replaced around the chimney because it's causing water damage.
The electrical panel needs to be upgraded to breakers from fuses & rewired (so we can run the dishwasher & microwave at the same time).
And after all the walls are put back up we need a classic kitchen with plenty of storage (all the way up). We prefer wood over melamine, cultured products over real stone.
We have other projects to do as well, but they are dependant on how much money we have left over :)
Reface existing kitchen.
Install current fridge, additional new cupboards to extend the kitchen into unused area of the room.
Remove fridge, cupboards, and closet from the center of the kitchen and install an island.
New laminate counter top, and basic subway tile back splash are required throughout. I also want to vinyl click flooring installed in the kitchen, hallway, and main floor bathroom.
I will provide the sink and faucet.
This galley kitchen was the worst I have ever had to work in. It is long past due for a complete redo. I am in the process of gutting it at present so I have a realistic understanding of what has to be done. I have a basic concept of what I want and accurate measurements on hand. All work must be completed by early May.
We have purchased a 1964 home in East London that has what I call a trailer size kitchen. We would like to open up the kitchen and dinning room to one room with an island (L shaped?) in the center of the 2 rooms. The wall where the fridge and stove are now, would like to be just a larger fridge with cupboards and instead of an electric stove, have a gas stove put in the island. We have thoughts, dreams, wishes and would like to have an expert help us plan the best use of the space. Then execute to reality. :)
We would like to remove a pantry/wall from the kitchen. Please see attached photos. The pantry houses several items that will require relocation, including:
- cold air return
- electrical outlet
- light fixture and several light switches
- central vacuum outlet
These items will likely be relocated to an island that we would like to replace the pantry. The pantry is approximately 1.75m x 0.65m (5'8" x 2'). The ceiling is an "orange peel" finish, and the flooring is maple, and should all be made to match existing after the pantry removal. We would like to have all of the above items relocated into an island (possibly 3'x4') that would be installed in the area where the pantry is removed (exact size and location to be determined. I can provide to scale drawings for the installation/location of the new island if required.
We are also open to alternative suggestions to the installation of an island, if anyone would like to offer. I cannot think of another option to house the electrical and HVAC.
Thanks.
The job will involve removing 4 plaster lath walls and replacing them with drywall. One to two windows (70" x 36') will have to be replaced and one 10' exterior wall will need to be insulated. The room is 10' x 10'. We have tiles for the floor of the kitchen and adjacent bathroom, but will require installation. We will also require L-shaped base cabinets 97" long end and 60" short end. We would like a 18" built-in dishwasher in the long cabinet. We would like carousels in both the upper and lower corner cabinets. Existing lighting and electrical outlets will be retained. We would like a fan/microwave cabinet for over our 24" stove'
Looking to remodel our 100 year old kitchen. We are planning on eliminating a wall ourselves to remove a butler's pantry. We have come into some complications with stairs to the basement, low windows and a old chimney which we would like to re-surface. We would love some advice and ideas of Kitchen layouts.
Everything in the kitchen will be renovated: cabinets, countertops, sink, flooring, lighting, electrical, plumbing, etc..
Remove all to studs. Remove wall between kitchen and dining. Move fridge to other wall and rough in dishwasher. New cupboards and soft close drawers and doors. New sink and lighting. Island where wall was. New countertops.Possible ceiling in living room. Replace counter in main bathroom to match kitchen.
My house is 22 years old and the kitchen is very very small and very narrow. I do have a wall that separates my kitchen from my dining room and think that the only way to expand is to knock out that wall. This would also require new countertops and possibly new cupboards if refacing is not going to be an option. May possibly have to look at relocating the plumbing for sink and dishwasher. I would love to have an island with a sink build into that but do not know if it is possible as the room is so narrow.
When you enter my front door you are in the kitchen I would also like to see what options there are to make a small Foyer area.
I would welcome any suggestions and price quotes.
Thanks

The size of a standard dishwasher, plumbing, carpentry, painting, countertop, cupboard skills. I am the owner of the home. Small home, kitchen about 10 x 12, small countertop and cupboard space. Would need plumbing fixed to add a good dishwasher. May also need new countertop and may also need new cupboards. All depends on pricing.
I have purchased a house over 100 years old, it's 'almost' a duplex, having an upstairs and a downstairs suite. The upper kitchen needs to be ripped out which consists of upper cabinets (about five feet), formica backsplash and lower cabints which include a sink. Replacing it will be Ikea cabinets, upper and lower, in an L shape in the corner. A dishwasher will be included, and will no doubt need a backsplash, which will probably be subway tile.
Bathroom currently has a stand up shower only, which is to be removed and a wall knocked out to make room for a bathtub. The wall backs onto closet of next room, so that closet door will need to be sealed shut. There will be room for some built in shelving at the rear end of the tub, tiles to be used for the surround, and new flooring may need to be installed in whole room.
I have just purchased a home ( 14 years old ) kitchen is gorgeous but I don't like the yellow oak color of the cabinets. I need someone who can sand and stain all the fronts of the cabinets as well as the bases. The drawers need to be cleaned and lined with a nice liner as the insides are worn and tattered. My Island is granite by the kitchen counter top is cream color and not granite, just MDF i think.. Need someone to use that beauty tone black stone paint/sealer to make it match the island. Need the backs plash replaced with a modern glass tile back splash.
My name is Tarek
