Hello, I am planning on selling my 1978 condo-townhouse and being this old, most of the walls have damage, from bad plastered spaces, to nail holes, paint chips etc. My intention is to paint and repair the whole condo 950 sq. Aprox. The ceiling is " popcorn " I think they call it? Painting includes ceiling, 3 bdrms 1 wash, laundry room. Thanks. P.S. I know the budget will be higher than posted here.
This is a residential house, built in the late 50's. The approximate square footage is 1100. I am looking to have this job complete by the end of September 2011. I am looking for an experienced contractor with at least 5 years experience to complete the job. The house is currently in Brick and a couple of area's on the side of the house have aluminum siding. I would like to have all the brick and aluminum siding covered with STUCCO. There is also one post by the front door that I would like to be covered in STUCCO as well.
I would like a reasonable price and the contractor with the most competitive pricing will be awarded the contract. I would also like testimonials/references from previous work.
