I need to have my main staircase sanded and refinished. Some carpet removal still required. The stairs are curved with a landing and 2 3 step to upper floors. Other projects to be done if satisfied with quality of work and reasonable quote, kitchen back splash, wall tiles to be installed and repair of crown molding on main floor.
This is a rental unit with about 800 sq ft of parquet flooring and maybe 8 steps in Kanata. There are some stains from a pet and a 6 in x 6 in area that was burned that will need to be replaced. Ideally I would like to have some work begin in the next 2-3 weeks. I will be out at the place May 20th and could meet if you want to take a look. Alternatively give me a call email.
We're moving into a townhome on August 1st and would like to have someone come in and refinish our downstairs wood floors asap (we'd like to move our stuff in by August 19th).
We have approx. 356 sq feet to refinish (our main problem is the stain, we find it too yellow and prefer natural brown tones). Can you provide an idea of your rates and timeline? Thanks!
Hello, I'm looking for someone to refinish my hardwood floors the week of Dec 17. I would need to have them sanded, stained and waxed.
Living room: 19'7" x 12'2"
Dining room: 14'7" x 9'10"
I'm also looking for someone to change the tiles in my kitchen and eating area. Also the week of the 17th (before the hardwood floor refinishing).
Eating area: 10'7" x 9'8"
Kitchen: 9'0" x 11'7"
Please get back to me with a quote. If you need to physically see the space, I have my final walk through tomorrow at 10am (Nov 20). THANK YOU :)
Standard hardwood staircase needs to be refinished in our newly purchased home. The house was built in the 1950s and the hardwood floors are in excellent newly re-finished condition elsewhere in the house.
Existing carpet covers staircase and it has been tacked and will be removed by us.
Wooden tacks strips will be removed by us as well.
Work needs to be completed during December (preferably the first week).
There are 15 steps and they are approximately 30 inches wide (or standard size).
The project is relatively simple.
Although we have been told that there is hardwood underneath we have not seen it. We did lift a corner of carpet and the wood appears in very good condition. The carpet over the wood has been put there in the last ten years.
