1st project involves removing and installing a ceramic floor for an existing home built in the late 70's. The area is an "L" form. Kitchen area approx 10x10, while the hall is approx 5.5 x16". The floor was put in approx 5 years ago. Due to a bow in the floor, grout has gradually been coming apart and every so often sounds like cracking.
The second project involves sanding and restaining hard wood floors in a living room, dining room, two flights of 5-6 steps, small hallway and two bedrooms.
