I would highly recommend Elite Contracting for any renovations you need done! We had our bathroom renovated and Sean and his men couldn’t have been more helpful! The workmanship was perfect! Couldn’t of asked for anything better! I bought the main parts, ie: tub, toilet, vanity, etc and they looked after everything else! They always asked how I wanted things and also gave me a few ideas! They were amazing!

They were very professional and incredibly neat and tidy. At the end of each day you would never know construction was being done. I will definitely have them do more work in my house and would highly recommend them.

I have contracted Sean and His Crew on several projects over the past 4 years now.
The quotes for the work order are very reasonable. He is easy to work with, available and responsive in a timely manner. He makes me understand the work that is being done and explains it thoroughly. He offers flexibility in the schedule of work completion. He is a very reliable and contractor.
Sean personally supervises his crew. His crew understands the nature of our business operation and ensures to ask permission when going in "Employee" only areas. During renovation, they were mindful of getting their work done while also ensuring that people coming in are able to safely pass thru and minimizes interruption in the ongoing business operation.
If there is any issue after the completion of the project, Sean still attends to it and ensure that it is looked after and fixed.
If I get another project I will certainly use Elite Contracting Again and I highly recommend them!

Sean and his team did an amazing job in putting our pharmacy together. It was done in a timely and professional manner. Sean has proactively dealt with issues relating to permits and codes. He is very respectful of our time and understands the financial repercussions for the business if he doesn’t finish the job on time. He is very involved in every aspect of the construction and offers suggestions that could only come from years of experience and expertise.

Our home was completely redone on the inside. Elite Contracting worked within our budget and strict timeline while being able to keep to our requests. Sean was able to guide us through any decisions n to fed and came up with clever solutions to any problems . I am extremely pleased with all the special custom work that was done around windows, doorways and more. We now have the beautiful home we envisioned. The guys were so awesome and worked seamlessly together. I can’t think of anything I’m displeased at.
