Possibly paint the walls first then touched up after installing the floor

You can either apply first coat of paint, install flooring and then apply final coat if paint or you can I stall the floor and then paint. I would not suggest to complete painting before floors are installed

Paint walls first coat at minimum.

Without question, paint walls first then do your floor. This way you don't need to worry about drop cloths and such.

Before the floor is installed, it is strongly recommended to finish plaster, send and prime, install floor together with baseboard and corner round and then apply final wall paint.
