| Warranty | A Cut Above Drywall will warranty installation for a period of 30 days, or until a Taper/Finisher is hired to continue work, and will warranty all material for a period of 6 months from completion of install. Should any defect develop during the warranty period to due defective materials, or workmanship, shall be made good at no expense to the owner. The owner will give the contractor written notice of defective work, and provide photo evidence. Should the contractor fail to correct defective work within 30 days after receiving written notice, the owner may, at his/her option correct defects and charge the contractor for costs associated with correction. Nothing in the above shall be deemed to apply to work that has been abused, or neglected by owner. (Example. Hole in Drywall made by third party contractor/owner) |
