The Donnelly Team used Access Home Staging to help a client prepare for listing. Stacie did a fantastic job connecting with the clients and putting their mind at ease. She was very professional throughout the process keeping us informed of the visit, letting us know about the meeting and followed up to see how the sale went. Overall, due to the educational approach taken, our clients were very much on board with decluttering and adding some accent pieces. We will be using Access Home Staging again.

In 2016 Stacie helped me with a listing in which the vendor was a single working mother with two children. She needed a lift to give her home some pizzazz and organization. I engaged Stager Stacie Chamberlain for advice on how to prepare my century-old, two-storey home for sale. She soon arrived with tape measure and notebook and proceeded to go from room to room. A few days later she returned to discuss her proposals for upgrading. I agreed with most of her suggestions including removal of old wall-to-wall carpeting and sanding and refinishing hardwood floors, new window treatments, and some new furniture pieces that would later fit into the smaller rooms in an apartment or condo.
Stacie then prepared a contract outlining details of work to be done and estimates of cost, for further discussion and signature by me.
She then found workmen to lift the carpeting and a professional company to sand and finish the floors. She then accompanied me to shop for needed textiles and furniture, and accent pieces to match the decor.
All Stacie's staging turned out to be common sense and practical with a view to presenting my old home to best advantage at the lowest possible cost.
I have been very pleased with the outcome of my contract with her.
