We hired Stacie for a home staging consultation for our house in Renfrew, On. She came out of her way on pretty short notice which we were very grateful for. Our market is slow (average 60 day sale) as it is a small city so we weren't expecting to sell quickly. We received an offer within a month and believe Stacie's suggestions were key to helping us get that offer.
Stacie recommended a lot of things we wouldn't have even thought of. This was our first time working with a stager and were surprised to find out they offer exterior home staging services in addition to interior. She made recommendations as to how to arrange our patio furniture and where to place our fire pit. It must've worked because the buyer asked for the fire pit in the sale due to being able to really visualize himself enjoying using it in our backyard.
Stacie's recommendations were very helpful and in some cases spurred moments of, "This looks great! Why didn't we do this sooner?" I would highly recommend working with Access Home Staging !

It was easy and pleasant to work with Access Home Staging, in the person of Stacie Chamberlin. In less then two hours, we went through the house and garage, identifying everything that could be done to present our home in its best light. Stacie Chamberlin is very quick to see how a cupboard or a room can be uncluttered.
