Stacie was totally professional, looked at our home with a fresh perspective and gave solid and inexpensive recommendations. I implemented almost all of her suggestions and we received a first day offer at list price and another offer a week later over asking. I highly recommend her to assist you with your staging needs.

We hired Stacie for a home staging consultation for our house in Renfrew, On. She came out of her way on pretty short notice which we were very grateful for. Our market is slow (average 60 day sale) as it is a small city so we weren't expecting to sell quickly. We received an offer within a month and believe Stacie's suggestions were key to helping us get that offer.
Stacie recommended a lot of things we wouldn't have even thought of. This was our first time working with a stager and were surprised to find out they offer exterior home staging services in addition to interior. She made recommendations as to how to arrange our patio furniture and where to place our fire pit. It must've worked because the buyer asked for the fire pit in the sale due to being able to really visualize himself enjoying using it in our backyard.
Stacie's recommendations were very helpful and in some cases spurred moments of, "This looks great! Why didn't we do this sooner?" I would highly recommend working with Access Home Staging !

It was easy and pleasant to work with Access Home Staging, in the person of Stacie Chamberlin. In less then two hours, we went through the house and garage, identifying everything that could be done to present our home in its best light. Stacie Chamberlin is very quick to see how a cupboard or a room can be uncluttered. Even though I have interior design training, I found it extremely helpful to have an objective opinion as to which things to leave and which to remove. The Donnelly Team used Access Home Staging to help a client prepare for listing. Stacie did a fantastic job connecting with the clients and putting their mind at ease. She was very professional throughout the process keeping us informed of the visit, letting us know about the meeting and followed up to see how the sale went. Overall, due to the educational approach taken, our clients were very much on board with decluttering and adding some accent pieces. We will be using Access Home Staging again.

In 2016 Stacie helped me with a listing in which the vendor was a single working mother with two children. She needed a lift to give her home some pizzazz and organization. Soon after introductions, Stacie took charge and helped to address the objections and I feel that the house would not have sold as quickly without her help. I engaged Stager Stacie Chamberlain for advice on how to prepare my century-old, two-storey home for sale. She soon arrived with tape measure and notebook and proceeded to go from room to room. A few days later she returned to discuss her proposals for upgrading. I agreed with most of her suggestions including removal of old wall-to-wall carpeting and sanding and refinishing hardwood floors, new window treatments, and some new furniture pieces that would later fit into the smaller rooms in an apartment or condo.
Stacie then prepared a contract outlining details of work to be done and estimates of cost, for further discussion and signature by me.
She then found workmen to lift the carpeting and a professional company to sand and finish the floors. She then accompanied me to shop for needed textiles and furniture, and accent pieces to match the decor.
All Stacie's staging turned out to be common sense and practical with a view to presenting my old home to best advantage at the lowest possible cost.
I have been very pleased with the outcome of my contract with her.
