This company was excellent to deal with. Very efficient in the quoting and organizing of the work. I thought the job would take at least two days and they were in and done in one day. They also did the work with very little disruption to the fence or gardens near the problem.

Excellent work! Henry the representative was efficient in his quote and answered all my questions.

Joe the foreman was polite and courteous. The men worked very hard and productively.

He knew what needed to be done and it was accomplished. At the end of the day all was put away and safe guarded!

I have to say that we are very satisfied with the service provided by ACCL, from the start with the secretary being so polite to informing as in detail what needed to be done. The work performed as well was very professional. We will definately recomend them as for us it was important to be informed every step of the way and also appreciate their honesty.

I am thoroughly impressed and very pleased with the work from ACCL Waterproofing Company. They came out and waterproofed 25 feet of wall in a day. The cleanup was great. No debris was left and Joe the foreman is fantastic. All the guys worked hard and I would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

I can't believe that this company is the same one that got rave reviews online. I would never use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. They promised things and did not follow up. They said they had to take some planks off the deck, and then proceeded to throw away the entire deck and charge me for rebuilding it. They sent workers that did not speak English, yet they were trying to ask me what to do!!! They quoted me one price for drying out the basement and then tried to charge me a good deal more. Worst of all, it is 18 months later and, despite a multi-year warranty, we had another leak in exactly the same place in the basement, This despite digging around half the house and installing weeping tiles, etc. When we called them, they sent out someone who spoke only pigeon english. He said we needed a new (third) sumpump. I asked him how the water got in and he didn't know. if he didn't know how it got in, how did he know what should be done? He just said he knew. I asked if it was covered under the warranty and he didn't know.

We simply could not trust them any further. I called another (excellent) company that friends had recommended, and they installed inside piping and membranes. It cost about the same as what ACCL charged us 18 months ago, but we were very happy with the service provided and we are much more confident in their work. We'll see.....but ACCL did not meet our needs and charged us well over $20,000

ACCL did a great job at digging out my foundation, repairing the cracks and waterproofing the area. I could not be home when they were working, but they made sure to take pictures along the way so I could see the work I requested had been done. It's only the first winter with the water seal, but so far so good.

I would recommend. Except for the interior proofing where i needed to clean myself.

I thought there was a "leakage" in my basement which made the whole wall area wet. I found ACCL on internet and called Henry in the afternoon of Saturday, told him it was quite wet. Henry came over around 6pm, so fast! He walked around and checked carefully, and told me it was not a leakage, but the water came through the pipeline of cold room. And he shew me around patiently to ensure I'm comfortable of the situation without any charges. I'm so impressed by his honest and professional service.

Estimator showed up when stated. Estimate was accurate and no additional costs. Work was completed within a few hours, which included manually digging down to weeper, sealing crack, install membrane and drainage system. They refilled the hole on completion and explained what was done. Workers were friendly and answered all questions. This was the 2nd time that I used ACCL and was satisfied with the results even after heavy rain there were no issues.

Work was completed as promised on time as scheduled. Cost was fair and reasonable considering the extensive work that was undertaken. We are pleased with this service.

Since April 16th after the culmination of 3 days of freezing rain preceded by a heavy snowfall, we had a water leak in the basement.

We vetted a few contractors to help identify the source as well as potential costs.

Henry from ACCL provided an initial consultation including a quote at no charge, which was a small but thoughtful gesture. He seemed confident of a means to find the solution at a reasonable price.

It was clear to us over the next month that ACCL was our best option even if we felt the price was high. Other contractors wanted to seal the leak from the inside or didn't really understand what was required to solve the leak.

The 3 man crew that did the digging, draining and waterproofing were efficient and professional. The foreman was really the only one who spoke English, which worried us at first, but communication was never an issue. We had a total of 5 different workers and all of them were experienced, friendly and professional. Henry would arrive on site at various times to ensure everything was running smoothly.

Like with any quote additional charges can apply depending on the nature of the job. And in our case, we needed water to be drained from the hollow concrete. Henry was reasonable with the price of the additional cost and in the end the leak was stopped, sealed and proofed so it won't happen again.

The job was completed in 2.5 days and we are writing this review to encourage others who need this type of work to call Henry and his team.

I should also point out that Henry takes the time to explain things which helped us understand the process and solution that his team provided.

The peace of mind of the 20 year guarantee is a big factor as well. Henry assures us though, the leak won't happen again.

I would also personally like to thank the foreman who was there all 2.5 days as he would show me pictures of the 9 feet deep hole and where he drilled. I felt comfortable with him leading the crew. He seemed very reliable, honest and focused.

ACCL completed the work in a timely fashion. The only small issue I had is that no real photos we taken to review the quality of work.

Within two days of requesting a quote the representative arrived and provided a written description of the service they would provide.

Two work days later two very polite workmen arrived. They provided a tarp to cover the lawn area needed for the soil to be removed and manually dug a seven foot deep hole, repaired the crack and reinforced the area with the material as promised.

The soil was returned and the area left as tidy as possible.

We would have no hesitation to recommend this company and their workmen.

Henry and his staff were very professional, kind, considerate and above all, quick. They provided excellent work on our basement foundation cracks and also with replacing our hose on/off valves. The crew worked hard and were very polite as well. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a leak in my Basement, called ACCL where Henry came over and said the only way to fix the leak is to dig and patch outside the house. I asked Henry to keep my walkway in tack which he said he could There was only 2 feet width between the basement wall and my walkway. They dug 9 feet down and 9 feet along the basement wall. Fixed the crack with their procedures. The workers were very courteous and they cleaned up after them. Great job.

ACCL Waterproofing completed a job for us, by installing weeping tile along the north side of our house. They were very thorough in explaining the job process and left the job site neat and tidy. The job was completed within the given time quoted. I would recommend them to others.

I had water leaking into my completely finished basement. I conducted research on the best companies for me to call and I contacted ACCL Renovations and Waterproofing in Oshawa. A gentleman named Henry came to my home that evening and was immediately able to identify the source of my basement water leakage. He was very professional and explained the water proofing process to me. His quote was very competitive and they did an excellent job and in an expedient manner. My problem is gone. I have already recommended this top notch company to some of my neibours, with confidence.

We had an emergency where we needed additional drainage system to be put in our basement (earlier than we had planned) and they made it out that day for the quote, and the following day for the service.

I had ACCL here 3 times to do work in my yard and each time was very pleased at the outcome. The first time was to dig down to the weeping tiles and repair a basement leak. They waited 3 months for the ground to settle and after that took up the interlock bricking which was the cause of the leak as it had sunk through the years. They raised it and sloped it away from the house. I called them again to take up the interlock bricking in front of the house and relay it as my landing at the front door was shifting over to one side due to rotten wood. They replaced the rotten wood and relaid the bricking. Henry from ACCI oversaw each job done to ensure that it was done correctly and to his satisfaction before the workers left. They also stuck to their quote each time which they previously provided me with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted ACCL waterproofing to fix a basement crack that occurred behind my electrical panel. With the location of the crack all I saw was dollar signs. I received several quotes from different companies. One company didn't even do me the courtesy of coming out to look at the crack and gave a ridiculous quote over the phone as soon as I said it was behind the electrical panel.

When I called ACCL I was able to get an appointment to have someone come out within a reasonable time and give me a quote. Henry came to my home and looked at the interior and exterior of my house and explained my best course of action to resolve the issue. He was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. I was provided with a professional quote that detailed all the work to be done along with the cost. He then emailed me a copy of the quote for my records. The quote was reasonable and the warranty was good.

I called and spoke with Sheril to book the repair. Sheril explained the city would need to be contacted to mark the location of the gas line etc. She took care of everything. Sheril then called and was very accommodating in offering a date that would work for me.

The day of the repair Henry called to advise the approximate arrival time. Gabriel and Joe arrived. They were both very friendly. Joe was left to complete the repair. He dug an exterior hole approximately 7 feet deep, dangerous work considering the crack was close to the electrical panel and gas line. He then did the work of sealing the crack.

I am very happy with the job that was completed and based on what I saw we should not have a leak in that area again. In conclusion I would definitely recommend their services and I wouldn't hesitate to contact ACCL again should I require a basement crack repair.

Quality work completed. Some disregard to surroundings during completion of work. Downspout damaged and tools and equipment left in piles in backyard. Equipment left on freshly laid sod.

Work was done well and no leak after. Happy customer overall.

I had water coming in my basement apartment as this winter had lots of rain. I called ACCL company, Sheril arrange appointment within a day and I had received detail quote. Once I accepted it, I was told the day and time when job will start. Crew came on time and finished work within estimated time. Sheril connected me with project manager every time I had a question or concern and everything was addressed in timely and professional manner. Once they finished everything was left clean as before the work was started.
