This guy is a fraud! He will take a large deposit, and will never do the work. When confronted, he will agree to a “full refund”, but you will never get any money.
He has been reported to the police, and hopefully he will be charged for his actions.

If All Star Heating Cooling OR Canadians Heating Cooling is offering you a great rate for anything, Sure they will ask you for some advance. And once you pay 'some advance', you will realize your money is gone.
This guy 'Mahmood' will swear by the name of God, will give you copy of his Drivers License (so that you think you can catch him...) and convince you to take your money, and then all personal tragedies will start to happen (like sickness, supplier off, death in family, van broken, got injured, partner not available, funeral, too far from work....).
