We hired Allan Holdings to renovate our bathroom and update the plumbing in our older home and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Derek and Bryce were very knowledgeable and offered suggestions to save on both cost and completion time, without compromising our vision. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for skilled, reliable plumbers who will get the job done right.

Full service co-ordination and management of renovation which included new exterior bay window and relocation of plumbing and electrical. Provided cost options alternatives and for both trades people and products. Highlighted effect change orders would have on schedule and budget. Kept site clean with access to rest of house.

Derek and his son showed up the first morning and had the first bathroom gutted by lunch. Derek advised that part of the floor was rotted and had the new lines and floor in that afternoon. To say the least, by the end of the week both bathrooms which included the two tubs, showers, sinks and toilets were complete! They even did the tiling on the walls and floor as well. Completely amazing work with a smile! I really loved how Derek spoke openly and honestly when bidding the job and during the project when the floor was rotten and needed replacing. I will definitely use Derek again for any and all of my plumbing needs as I have three rental properties that require attention and immediate and decisive action.
