While the final product is very good and we are enjoying the basement now that it is renovated, during the process there were mistakes and, in some cases, a perceived lack of integrity in the staff and workers. For example, we were supposed to have ceiling speaker holes drilled but they forgot to wire them before the drywall was up and then tried to pressure my wife to make a decision on an alternative when I was not home - for some reason that decision had to be made on the spot. They also had workers drill a hole through the WRONG side of our house and then never adequately replaced the vinyl siding (even when asked to for over a month and a half).
Overall they were quite polite and professional but there were the things above that ruined our experience with the company.
