Without prejudice.... terrible service & workmanship. Had to have electrician back to properly intall dryer power supply.... Painter also had to return 3 times to properly prepare surface to be painted.. Dave mathews never come to job site to discuss the work being done ...he had to be called and informed of the shoddy work being done by his sub contractors.....has not paid some sub contractors that actually did a good job...from my experience I would not hire dave mathews owner of applewood construction again.... still chasing him to pay sub contractors... He is full of nonsense excuses.
