I called Alex to provide dryer repair services. Alex was extremely professional, courteous, and did not try to oversell me on any unnecessary services. He assessed the situation and suggested a simple but effective approach for the appliance repair. I really appreciated this because I am very unfamiliar with appliance repair needs and I think it is easy to get financially taken advantage of. I read many positive reviews about the great service that Alex provides to his clients and I can confirm that he does not disappoint. Overall I was extremely impressed with the service. Alex was at the door 3 hours after I called, on a long weekend :) We had just returned from holidays and had a mountain of laundry to do, but the washing machine broke down. Alex had it fixed and back in service within an hour, after replacing the drain pump. I couldn't ask for better service. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced. He is now my go-to appliance technician.

Alex did a great job with our dryer, he arrived on time for our pre-arranged appointment. Took a look at what needed to be done and provided me with a quote prior to proceeding with the repairs. The cost was very reasonable, I would definitely use Appliance Technicians Ltd again.
