Called Arrow Engineering and Emad came out immediately to my house to inspect a wall I was looking to tear down. His advice, suggestions and quick customer service has gone a long way with me. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days. I also had a kitchen company at my house the same time Emad was there and they wanted his information due to his professionalism and courtesy. I'm sure they will be referring him to their customers.
