The employees were polite and capable and explained everything that needed to be done and included taking pictures.
They gave me an upfront written quote.
I didn't like that I felt pressured right then and there to get the work done without contacting another source to see if the quote was reasonable or even in the ballpark of what it was worth.
They also told me that I needed to tar a surface around my chimney which later a roofer asked who did it and why and told me that it is totally the wrong thing to do to fix that problem.
Overall they did what they came to do, however I felt that the price of the items I purchased and the upsell on other items was not necessary and felt afterwards I had been gouged.$$$
