We will highly recommend Atlantis Concrete Ltd, Gabor Miklos and his crew for any concrete project. They were extremely professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. Gabor provided written quotes and they stuck to the prices they quoted. Our project was completed in a timely manner. Upon completion of the work, we asked Gabor to do some additional sealing of the existing concrete. Once again, Gabor provided a written quote, stuck to that price and completed the work in a timely manner. We believe that Atlantis Concrete's prices are fair. Overall we are very happy with the services of Atlantis Concrete Ltd.

Atlantis Concrete Ltd. (Gabor Miklos) has again proved to be a reliable contractor. We had this contractor do work for us several years ago and were pleased with the results then. Again this time, from the quotation to the finished project, we appreciated being kept informed, their attention to detail and having the work done in a timely fashion. The crew were all pleasant to have around and were hard workers. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

Gabor was a pleasure to work with a very professional man who kept me informed and was always easy to get in touch with.

I had a very minor issue with a spot on the pad chipping and he was on it and had it repaired with no questions asked.

I have been building and renovating for years and find that lately it is hard to find good company’s that respect your time and service workmanship and products after they have your money! Not so with Gabor.

This is an example of the work Gabor thinks is acceptable. The repairs to the job cost $6800 and we are now taking him to small depts court to recover the extra cost. If Gabor had accepted responsibilty and talked to us maybe the bill would not be so high. The truth is in the photos.

Atlantis completed our driveway in December 2020. At the time, we felt that we had made the right choice due to the good reviews, and competitive pricing. However, when the contractor came to collect his final payment, we pointed out some marks that were on the driveway that we were concerned about. At that time we were told that when the concrete dried they would disappear. This has not been the case, and the driveway is an eyesore. It does nothing to contribute to the curb appeal of our home. According to the contractor, he has no idea what to do to fix the problem, and insists that there is nothing wrong with the work. In spite of numerous emails and phone calls asking for the job to be fixed, communication is sparse. This company guarantees their product and workmanship, and so we are extremely disappointed with the lack of response regarding this problem. Unfortunately we cannot recommend them.

I hired Atlantis Concrete to build a concrete patio to cover most of my backyard. In my initial interactions, I found the owner to be knowledgeable in how to plan the work to fit the space and responsive to my questions. The quoted price was competitive to other quotes. The demolition work was done quickly with no damage to surroundings. And the concrete pouring seemed to go well.

However, after the concrete was poured and payment was made, Atlantis Concrete's communication with me dropped dramatically. I did not get any guidance on how to care for the newly poured concrete as it cured (e.g. to reduce fine cracks). Shortly after the concrete hardened I notified Atlantis Concrete that some of the concrete surface sloped towards my house foundation and water was pooling in another section. However, they did not offer any help to address the situation despite numerous emails sent over the last two years. I did not receive any response to my last three emails and phone message.

So I unfortunately cannot recommend this company because of the lack of support after the concrete was poured. The company claims to aim for 100% customer satisfaction, but I have not personally found this to be true.

I had obtained 3 quotes and after speaking to Gabor, his price was reasonable and he spotted some items that the other guys did not consider. From the technical aspects of drainage (as we had a sloped driveway and complications joining other terrain) to the aesthetic curved style they added, I no longer worry about drainage issues in heavy rains and I feel the look of our place is transformed.

While many companies can do the technical, Gabor is someone I came to trust. I always get quotes in writing, however, when I added on an additional piece of work last minute, I did so without him quoting the cost. When his final billing for that piece of work came in, it was more than fair.

Highly recommend Atlantis concrete if you want a job well done, on time and at the quoted price. Thanks Gabor, Rob, really appreciate and are enjoying our new driveway!

Gabor and Rob did a fantastic job with building the new concrete sidewalk for my house, the communication and professionalism of their work is second to none.

Always on time and kept an eye for the best weather to complete the work, I will definitely work with them again in the future.

Gabor and his team recently did some repair work for us on a walkway and concrete pad. Despite being busy the team listened to our needs and fit us in so our job was done in time to coordinate with another trade. Great communication, easy to work with and delivered on time and over expectation the whole time. The team was also very considerate of my WFH schedule. Very happy - easy to recommend!
