Jason Pacik owner of AURA DEVELOPMENTS agreed to help us General together the building of our home saying he only wanted to use our home as a showhome when it was completed he beleived this would help him become a developer in Saskatoon. He started by bringing different packages to us and trades knowing our buget. All I know is that he found a way to make alot of money just off the drawings we paid to have done, then the ICF contract was marked up and the building package (which was incomplete) Jason"s only involvement was not in anyway professional we realized he had no knowledge at that time in understanding the build in anyway. We where ok with doing the work ourselves BUT by the time we realized that Aura Developments was helping himself to our money not helping us with any of the work it was to late. Do not trust anything this man says get every word he says on paper then get him to sign it or you may end-up like us. Our building dealing with Jason Pacik may be done but we do not want anyone else to end up like we did over $20,000.00 poorer and he refuses to act like a man and deal with us to make it Right. I have emails to backup things written in this reveiw. Do your homework before you agree to hire Jason Pacik's or any of his contracting companies.

Our structures are mostly for use in Residential, Multi-Family, and Commercial construction. Most building concepts and architectural designs can be adapted to meet those specifications necessary for Systems-Built construction.
