So I don't normally write reviews but i just have to express how happy we are with the space that was created for us.

We were definitely not the easiest customer to have as we left a lot of the options and choices to the company and we are VERY happy we did.

My wife and I were impressed right from the start. From the first meeting to the final sign-off. Great communication. Great workmen ship.

We never really noticed the guy at our house working, he was so quiet, quick, and clean. Always offered to show us what he worked on that day(very rarely did we look unless we realllly were curious)

ALWAYS responded to questions and concerns and any deficiencies that there were and have been on top of it as soon as they could. we never waited more than a day or 2 for someone to come to the house to look at the issue unless it was a scheduling issue on our side.

We would definitely work with this company again!

We contacted Terry and Peter to finish our undeveloped basement. Terry was very good to work with, he was always available and gave us updates throughout construction. We don't work the standard Mon-Friday 8-5pm, and Terry was very accommodating to our schedule and needs. Peter was also available whenever Terry wasn't, so you never feel left in the dark.

Quality of work 4/5: There were some imperfections with the mudding and taping of the walls, especially noticeable when painting (uneven corners, needed sanding, spackling, etc). Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Timeliness 4/5: Terry was excellent with responding to our concerns regarding minor fixes. Most of the time the fixes were done quickly, but sometimes the carpenters would take up to a week to come fix things.

BLM worked with us to finish our basement. We previously had hired someone else to frame and drywall.

Everyone with BLM was professional and worked with us and around my sons nap schedule (anyone with a toddler will understand this). We ran into issues with material we previously purchased prior to BLM being hired but Terry worked with us to find solutions and make sure we were happy with the end product. I am so happy with how everything turned out and love my new basement!

We had BLM do numerous updates in our home, counter tops, flooring, backsplashes in bathrooms, lighting, and our fireplace. All I can say is WOW, everything looks amazing. We have had so many compliments, I would highly recommend this company, they do quality work for a reasonable price.

BLM has performed renovations on our rental apartments and we have easily decided to go to them for everything moving forward. Terry is fantastic to work with. He is very diligent, professional and makes sure the job is done well. He always keeps us in the loop from start to finish and communication is open and easy. Highly recommend using BLM for your next construction project.

BLM completed a full conversion of an attic space to a master bedroom. The work (cabinets, closets, railings and lighting) was all custom designed and fabricated. Neal (Finishing Carpenter) was very considerate working in our space and his work was flawless. Terry (project manager) maintained excellent communication throughout the project, helping us to make decisions and ensuring that the work was progressing. Highly recommended!

BLM did a complete bathroom renovation for us. Terry was always available when needed and found the perfect tiles vanity and lights. Carey and Justin arrived on time daily and were professional. Their work was amazing!!! We will be using this company again for future jobs!

The BLM installer (Justin) was very professional and courteous. He made the effort to ensure the job was done right and to our satisfaction.

Additionally the site was cleaned such as you would not know they had been there.

Terry and his crew were absolutely amazing. Extremely efficient and patient, they go the extra mile to ensure customers are happy. They are also very pet conscientious, always making sure pets are safe during the process.

Terry was available all hours for questions and concerns, he answers within minutes.

Terry and Carey were very thorough in all tasks. They will be boooed for our future projects!

Terry and his team did our basement reno and they did it all! framing, plumbing for the bathroom, flooring, drywall electrical and painting. They completed the project on budget too and with an attention to detail.

The are courteous and professional at all times and the arrived on the job site on time and ready to work, every day.

I would highly recommend them.
