I met Triston at a Home Show and we had him replaced our gutters as well as installed the metal screens on the gutters. We've had them for over 10 years and they are still working like new. Couldn't be happier with the service and workmanship that he provided.

Tristan Slocum (owner and installer) started Blue Heron Gutters in 2008. He was professional and courteous from the the prompt estimate given, the quote given and any questions or concerns that we had before the actual installation date. Communication skills are good. Tristan listened and explained the products available and design options to us.
Tristan was able to fit our job in earlier than previously scheduled. He let us know the date, the start time that he and his employee would arrive by and how long the job would take.
The install took less time than anticipated and they took away the old debris and cleaned up the job site.
We are happy with the results. The new gutters and down pipes look great! The only downside is that there hasn't been any rain falling to test out the product (fast flow funnels and leaf collection boxes) and the workmanship (5 year warranty)!
