Our expectations were exceeded by the work completed on our front entrance redo/renovation project at River's Edge Condo's. The crews were courteous, did excellent work and cleaned up daily. We were quite impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. Fab is certainly a man of his word and is someone that we can always count on. highly recommended!!

The work done by Blue Lake Contracting was outstanding. Fab gave us a quote and then came and met with us the same day. We signed the contract and within one week his staff were on site. They demolished the old concrete and hauled it away on Monday, they put down the new fill (which was required because the builder failed to do compaction before poring the pad), Then they formed the driveway and placed the rebar and poured the concrete Wednesday.
Fab then came and met with us that evening to be sure we were satisfied with the work and to explain that they would strip the forms in a few days.
Our neighbor was so impressed he is thinking of hiring Blue Lake Contracting to expand his driveway.

So this company has been very difficult...They have major scheduling issues, they don't pay attention to detail and most of all, they don't support their own warranty. After a month of the tiles being installed, the sand underneath sank and the tiles we either floating or covered in water and they want to charge us to come out and repair their work. Better off doing it yourself, very disappointed.
