We are so happy we went with Bluefoot Developments, Micheal's work was fantastic!! Micheal is extremely helpful, very honest and he sure knows his stuff. He was also very reliable, very clean and kept an open line of communication at all times. Our basement was a complete mess and its now our little getaway!! It was a pleasure to have Micheal in our home and we shared so many laughs together!!! We are looking forward to having Micheal back for future renovations. On a side note, Micheal's wife Jane is an author a book which I encourage everyone to read, "WITH THE STROKE OF A PEN - CLAIM YOUR LIFE" Lastly, I have included a before and after picture. Michael Blaufus is the consummate professional. He has carried out extensive renovations in our home, including constructing a new room and installing hardwood flooring throughout our main floor. He is a creative problem-solver and his knowledge base is extraordinarily extensive. As seasoned renovators, we can confidently say that he is the most conscientious contractor with whom we have had the pleasure to work.

We are very pleased with the work completed in our basement by Bluefoot Developments. All contractors that were in our home throughout the renovations were friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Even though we had a few set-backs regarding timing, new deadlines were made and the basement was finished in a timely manner. I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone that is looking for a reliable contractor that will offer a personalized service.

Michael finished our basement in September/October 2009. Quite simply, he was top-notch in every way possible. He was extremely thorough from start to finish - both in his workmanship and his explanations of exactly how (and why) he was doing what he was doing.

We were very satisfied with the cost and quality of the project. No markup on materials - in fact, he provided us with receipts for all materials he purchased for the project, and we paid exactly what he paid. Labour was also very reasonable.

We're thrilled we selected Michael to finish our basement for us, and in fact we've since had him install wainscotting in our living room/dining room. Just an all-around pleasant, communicative, worry-free experience.

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the work of Bluefoot Developments, we did a complete backyard renovation, the work exceeded our expectations from a cost and quality perspective.
