Horrible service, OK work.

Building was delayed multiple times.

When the agent gave us the keys, we could see he could not wait to get rid of us despite a number of things still missing and numerous warranty issues we needed to discuss.

Condo fees went up since we signed a contract, address of the building changed, and we had to learn about it the hard way.

Warranty takes months, and I hope we don't drag into a year with this. They don't interact with you until you push them by calling or writing. Appointments are scheduled, but nobody comes.

When a tradesperson finally arrives after rescheduling, he will discover that he cannot do his job because he needs another piece of work done by somebody else before he can begin his part. But the warranty staff will courteously delegate the task of coordinating the logistics of various trades to their valuable customer. We are currently in the ninth month of this drama.

Do not buy from Brad Remington Homes. They have terrible customer service once they give you the key. There’s warranty work that should have been done 3 years ago. Now all of sudden they put up tripping hazard signs on their sidewalks. Still warranty work to be done in peoples units past warranty. They make excuses and you can hear the noise above you they tell you they put extra sound proofing in what a joke. I moved in and they tried to say my unit was cleaned. There’s better builders! Stay away!

Recently purchased a condo at Sage Hill Park, our first home. So far have had no issues and the warranty team has been more than accommodating with their service. Every little issue or question I had was addressed in a timely manner. We are so pleased to have been able to purchase our first home! We also hear very little from our neighbors which is lovely in a wood frame building. Thank you Brad Remington and Scott from the warranty team!

I recently purchased a one bedroom Condo in Legacy Park ii. I found the sales staff (Bryan Logel) knowledgeable with regard to their product. The condos are well priced. Any issues were handled promptly and in a courteous manner. These are great Units for first time buyers, providing young people an opportunity to build home equity at an affordable price. I would recomend buyers to consider Brad Remington Homes. JG MCMULLEN

Absolutely horrific experience! Do not buy anything from Brad Remington! It has been a nightmare since I moved in. They have refused to fix any deficiencies in my condo even though they are obviously made by the contractors and trades during construction. In fact, I had them play the blame game and actually call me a liar and infer that I had caused the damage even when there are other people who noticed the damage on my possession. The quality of construction and sound proofing is terrible. I'm on the top floor and I can still hear everything from my neighbours. The finishes are cheap and window coverings inadequate. There have been ongoing security issues as Brad Remington didn't install effective security doors or parkade entrances. The design of the condos is horrible - can you imagine getting a bathroom without any towel racks? The worst is that the Brad Remington group refuses to acknowledge or deal with any of the issues. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!! They pass the buck and take zero responsibility for anything. They DO NOT stand behind their product.

Whatever you do, don't buy homes or condos from Brad Remington. You'll have nothing but regrets!!
