Hired arthur to do my windows and doors. He came and did the windows. Took a deposit for the door (~$3,000) and never delivered. After months of saying its because of the weather - he stopped answering.
We're a hard working family, $3k is a lot to us, to be ripped off by someone for this sum of money sets us back.

I hired Brazcan Company to change all the windows and doors in my house. I was very impressed with them for doing a good job. Especially since they cleaned up after themselves and did not leave any traces of construction materials or garbage on my property too. I found a minor issue but they came back to fix it right away. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

We replaced our old single pane windows in the basement/laundry room. Through the whole process, Arthur was in communication with us regarding the progress of the project. He always returns our phone calls. The window installation was excellent. They were quality windows and were installed properly. The installers were extremely professional and arrived on time, worked even during the downpour and were very pleasant.

The installers working for Brazcan were very professional and clean and they finished up the installation job very quickly. I had a good experience with Brazcan Windows and Doors.
I have a 45 year old home that had decorative oval-shaped windows on gables over the garage and just below the roof. The old windows needed replacement - and because of the surrounding brick/masonry, I needed windows that were the exact shape of the old ones.
Arthur worked hard to find a supplier that was able to manufacture these custom windows at a fair and reasonable price. The contour and bend radius required made them difficult to fabricate. When the windows arrived, they were expertly installed and I was happy with the final appearance.
I would recommend Arthur and Brazcan, based on my good experience and would use them again.

From our first point of contact with their sales rep. a few months ago to the follow-up call once their doors were installed, Brazcan has exceeded our expectations. Theirs sales rep took the time to explain our options, and provide a detailed quote. Their communication around installation was perfect, letting us know in writing how to prepare and what to expect. They called the day before to check in, and the day of to see how the installation was going and then the day after to make sure we were happy. The install crew was quick, professional and clean. Will definitely recommend.
