All the work is done by myself. The phone is answered by myself.
I am not a salesperson. I am not here to sell you anything. I do hardwood floors for people who need them done professionally. Respect and integrity are high on my list of values.
Being a one man company I don't need much to stay busy. Please do not be upset with me when I don't have time for your project. I am not here to do every floor in Calgary and area. I try not to work on weekends as I have a family to take care of.
I also run a small apiary in West Kootenays, BC. When I'm there I'm not reachable at all.
I am not a typical Canadian contractor, meaning that I do care about you and your floor, I want you to be happy and enjoy your floor for the years to come. Please feel free to check my Google reviews here if in doubt. At the same time, I'm not a magician, and it happens sometimes, but I do my best to make sure it's corrected.
So why do I work so hard? The answer is very simple. I do not gauge my success by the number of floors I do, or even how much I make. Instead, my focus is on quality and beauty of hardwood floors, my customer's experiences. At the same time I am not the cheapest guy out there nor I work for free.
