It was an exceptional experience working with Andres and his team. I had no prior experience working with Andres before hired him. But Andres impressed me at his first visit by explaining the detail of the given project how he would be doing the work i.e. design, building code, timeline, etc.

I liked his very detailed quote. I know what type of work will be performed and the price break down and what I am responsible for i.e material.

Andres took full responsible for the project even other team members performing their part and had overseen the work and updated us each stage of the project and explained well with his expertise.

He also gave exceptional advice about the material. Since it was my choice to buy the material, for example we bought a shower column, wasn't a good quality and some parts made of plastic. Andres explained the details that few price difference made us to buy a quality shower column. Otherwise we would have been stuck with low quality product and deal with issues.

Andres from Camrod did a fantastic job on a project that started out with mainly getting some painting done and went on to change the entire flooring - from carpet to laminate on the second. I liked that he took care of the request of this work promptly and was always looking out for the options to save costs while ensuring quality. A complete change of the stairs had to be done to oak finish and the precautions taken to protect the area for safety was given the focus too.

We hired the Camrod Canadian Corp to do the Basement renovation in our rental property and bring it up to code. We did work with them before and decided that this company is the best choice for our project because they were very reliable, punctual and we were satisfied with the work they did.

The owner of the company, Andres, was always very polite and communication was never an issue. He stayed on top of the project at all times and his team of professionals did an excellent job, so all the inspections from the town went smooth with almost no observations. Also, they were very flexible to work during the weekend to address some last-minute changes.

At the same time, they were very accommodating and solved a few issues in our home too.

Although to complete the project took longer than was planned (due to external factors) and was over budget, we are very satisfied with the final result and would definitely recommend Camrod Canadian Corp to anyone.

Andres and his crew of contractors did a commendable job in renovation of three bathrooms, correcting drainage in the basement and looking after multiple issues with an older home to make it livable again. Although delays happened, these were few. The entire job was complete within 7 weeks, which is amazing by most standards. Andres is very particular about making the job complete to building codes. As with most projects, we went over our budget, but the results are very nice and everyone who sees the before and after, is very surprised by the results.

When I contacted the above company and explained that I wanted to have a couple of bedrooms, living room and kitchen painted. Andres Camargo came to see my house and explained what the job would cost and also gave me ideas regarding colors. Later on, he sent me an estimate which I was supposed to sign in agreement before starting the painting job. I agreed, and the paint job started on the day Andres promised. I am happy the way Andres proceeds from the beginning until the end. Very straight forward and very honest. The painting was completed in time and it was really well done, clean. He even helped me to accommodate the furniture so it looks more elegant and ready to receive guests, because I am starting a bed and breakfast business. I would really recommend Camrod Canadian Corp to anyone.

Andreas came out to discuss our project. He quoted on it and then something came up in Columbia. He advised that one of his foreman would be able to do the job. The work was estimated at 3-4 weeks. It is now 4 months later and the deck is yet to be finished. The deck looks great, but the delays have been unacceptable. Communication has been horrible and when we made a payment, the crew disappeared for a few days if not longer. Avoid these guys if you need the work done on a timeline.

Fair price. Excellent communication, care, consideration and workmanship. Would definitely recommend and hire again. Kept to schedule and delivered a quality result. Progress payments for started and completed work were very reasonable.

I hired Camrod Canadian to renovate my Master bathroom. I had a few quotes before choosing to work with Andres and his team, and chose to work him based on the reviews I had read and after meeting him. I liked that he provided me with a detailed quote and explained the scope of the project. His pricing was also very fair. He was always available to answer any questions and informed me of the day to day work that was scheduled.

He provide me with his honest opinion and ideally the final decisions were up to me. Andres was on site every day to make sure everything was being done and to let the trades in.

It was a big job (gutting bathroom, moving plumbing, levelling floor, installing in floor heating, tile shower and floor, relocate laundry hookups, install pocket door, build walls). We had invited Andres' team to renovate our bathroom and we did not regret any minute we did. The bathroom renovation project was a real challenge: it basically had to be done from scratch. Our house is very old, and the team had to remove everything before building a new layout and put all our wishes and thoughts together to a final product that works well now. At every step, even small detail or small correction, all was explained to us with simple but professional language. Andres goal was to deliver desired result with professionalism in short time with saving our money on stuff that don't need be overpriced.

To be specific: all dry walls, old floor, ceiling, fan, tub, toilet, vanity were removed; room was extended with building new walls and putting in new isolation; all electrical layout was done new and all plumbing was installed to reflect new design. Big chunk of effort by the team was put in finishing the room to out liking. Andres and his team members are polite and considerable people. They always left work site clean and did not interfere with our live style.

There were no surprises and all potential changes and challenges were identified immediately, so that they could be addressed at a reasonable cost. Mr. Andres Camargo provided us with a quote and arrived on a Saturday to inspect the job prior to our accepting his services. After a succesful first project with Andres at Camrod Canadian Corp, I decided to hire him again to do a full basement renovation. The project included tearing out all of the old basement walls, plumbing, electrical, hvac and installing everything new from scratch including a new bathroom addition. Andres is the kind of person that wants to make sure that you don't cut corners on anything. It has to be done right and to code, otherwise he will not be happy. This is exactly the kind of contractor that everyone should have. Too many contractors out there will take short cuts to get the job done.

What I've learned over the project with Andres, is that he is always there if you have any questions. He was always on the job site checking to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I hired Camrod Canadian Corp to remove and replace the sod (approx. 1400sq ft.) around my house, which was covered (over 50%) in weeds.

Upon meeting Andres, I was immediately impressed by his professionalism. He proceeded to take all of the measurements (required to provide me with a quote), explained what he wanted to do (step by step) and answered all of my questions.

Andres took approximately 5 days (there were a couple of rain days) to complete the project. Upon completion of the project I was 100% satisfied of the work performed. I now have a beautiful weed less green lawn.

A few days after the project was completed, Andres came by to see me. He informed me that he wanted to stop by to see if everything was okay and if I had any concerns. We all know contractors are busy with jobs and timelines, however to take the time to personally to follow-up with me was a very nice and thoughtful thing to do. I was VERY impressed.

I have hired contractors in the past via this website to perform various large jobs for me around the house. With a wife, two young children and work, I would prefer to spend my off time with them, rather than tackling the large projects.

The job he did required a lot of work, attention to details, and i firmly believe that Angar Construction completed our project in the best possible way. Btw, the price was also the best that i got, and significantly lower than some other contructors. Andres didn't cut any corners and did everything properly. He also appeared very professional, from start to finish, which in our experience was very hard to find in a contractor.

Camrod were not good in their work and we hired another contractors to complete their work which was wrongly done. Waste of time and money to go with them.
