Ron was professional, thorough and accurate with the quote we were given. The two guys who came in to do the toilet install and shower/faucet installs were professional, personable and accurate and at the end of renos we went through we appreciated the prompt and accommodating services that both Mike and Don did. Thank you guys, we will call you again when needing to do the upstairs!!

Oh and twice when they were to come in, the receptionist would call ahead with a cancellation spot and offer it to us. Very nice and muchly appreciated!!

I hired Canada's Pro Plumbing to repair my Kohler toilet. I was told by the receptionist? that I would be told the cost of the parts. Turns out it was my Fill Valve. When queried, the service tech (who was polite) didn't actually know the cost of the part they use because it wasn't a Kohler part but an aftermarket one. He quoted me the entire cost of the repair and while performing it I looked up the part online. Kohlers listing was $24, Home Depot was $8. The entire service call lasted some 20 minutes. The cost, $140.69 of which the part would have made up much less than $24. This makes their service call well over $100! I feel ripped off. The repair had already started and I need the toilet for visitors. Had I realized how outrageous this firm bills I wouldn't have used them. And unless money is no object to you, you shouldn't either!
