Complaint: Dear Reader,
While working at Carbyne I was close to the Employer who was always proud of my constant hard work. However, as time went by and the company started to change staff I was set up with my own "Boss" that would change every week. Basically time has changed their priorities on communication; as they decided to rely on a downloadable application rather then each other within the company.
An emergency happened and I had to stay overnight in a hospital by doctors orders due to mental health. I began to panic knowing i work the following night and because I didn't know how long they will keep me in a hospital for I called the Employer, my Boss, texted all of my coworkers (3 People who were on my team), called in to the company itself and left a voicemail, as well as emails.
The whole night calling I have been only reaching their voicemails. The following day as well.
The following morning after I got into the hospital: I got released and I decided to go to my station and tell them I will be working and that I was released as I was still wearing the hospital band; holding my hospital release sheets.
Some boss (who wasn't mine) came to me by the gates to tell me that by current boss didn't want to talk to me, that "there was no more work for me, ever" and that I " didn't need to go to the office or talk to anyone within the company about my release from the company, nor to discuss my pay since it will be arriving in the check.
I called the boss wondering why I was released yet he wasn't aware of the reason as well just told me "his team decided so" as he decided to write 1/3 of my last pay in a check and mail it.
3 Weeks went by and no check, I called, left voicemails and got no replies back. After another 2 weeks I decided to call my Union.
My Union got my last FEW checks for me which my company was supposed to pay me for the past couple of weeks. I got new job offering and better opportunities yet I believe if this company keeps in contact within itself it can become so much stronger and more trustworthy company.
