Their work completely lacked professionalism, integrity and competency. The contractor charged extra for all the materials, including dry walls. Had he and his team finished the job properly, I would not complain, but they did not even finished the job and the jobs they did needed fixes right after they left. I now have to have another contractor to fix and to finish the project. Mitch Kennedy is not even responding to my complaints and emails. Working with him and his guys (more like interns who do not know what they are doing) was a nightmare and I was ripped off. Never ever go with these guys.
After careful consideration, The Cedar Oak Renovation Company has determined that it would be senseless to begin a war of words with Mr. Lee. We feel confident that the quality of work was above average and that we fulfilled all aspects of the contract we signed with Mr. Lee.
During the time spent on his renovation, his inexperience, lack of knowledge of the renovation industry and his overall planning of the project, lead to untimely delays, missed appointments and added to scheduling problems, delaying his completion date.
