I use Shawn for all of my home inspections as he really understands home construction and all the potential problems (he is an engineer) and he is very thorough and detailed. The most important thing as a realtor is that he is professional and empathetic and can deliver potential bad news to clients in an compassionate way.

Shawn is very knowledgeable home inspector with great experience; his report clearly states all the problems with supporting pictures and possible solutions. My newly built house has major water leak issues on main floor and in the basement; the builder's inspector, my friends and I could not find the reason. During the home inspection Shawn has found the problem in the structures of the house and told us how it can be solved. When the problem is known it is much easier to deal with the builder.
