Clarence at Cool Tech is the owner and installer, so you don’t need to deal with a middle man or some random employee showing up. He has many years of experience, is easy going and was pleasure to deal with. A number of options were provided, at various price points, and he explained the differences in detail. His quotes were very competitive, and he was trying to give us the best bang for the buck. The install was seamless, and he explained how to operate and maintain the system. You will not be disappointed if does the work for you. We are extremely happy with the overall experience.

The service provided was excellent. They came out to determine what my needs were for my home and within two days were able to install the unit...It works great, the finishing work around the exterior piping looks fantastic. In my previous home they installed the unit in a finished basement and their work was superior. They were quick, very efficient and provide a lot of useful information and tips on how to properly use your system and are quick to get back to you on any questions that you may have...I would highly recommend their service.

Clarence and CoolTech were able to install AC two days after the assessment and at a very reasonable price. He was incredibly polite and efficient, and also provided great security while I was out. Highly professional, gave great advice regarding the unit and its usage/maintenance and even fixed a potential HVAC issue that might have cropped up over time with the home build.

Clarence from Cool Tech Mechanical was prompt in arriving. He was very respectful and listened to what my wife and I needed. Our price was fair, I contacted other contractors to check the average out on an A/C Unit. With in a couple of hours Clarence had our A/C Unit installed and was balancing our system. Checking to make sure there was no mess, I was surprised to find none as it seems he was cleaning up his mess as the job progressed. I would recommend Clarence to my friends and family.
