As mentioned in a previous review I had the GREAT misfortune of hiring this contractor. It was in the fall of 2011 and a 5 day job was not even completed in 3 months. The work that was done was shoddy at best and I had to hire new contractors to redo the siding and stucco work. I wish I would have known about this web site so that at least one other unsuspecting client would have been spared the waste of time and money.
From time to time you may come across a bad handyman in one aspect of his trade or the other. However, you'll always find at least something good. But with this individual, there's absolutely nothing he has to offer; not just in one area, but in all aspects of his service. "Terrible" is an understatement; It's bad enough to do a shoddy job..; but when you do so and have no professionalism and decency in your trade, and still lie about every single thing, now that's something else entirely. Anyone hiring this guy is definitely heading for a big disappointment and loads of issues. If he does not abandon your job mid way and take up other jobs, after he has taken your money, then you are sure to have the most terribly done job. Beware!! He'll also present himself as having done big jobs with all sorts of sweet talk..; He may try to give you a low price to attract you as well.... pleasseeee don't fall for any of his tricks. All he does is pick up laborers from the road side (with no expertise) and have them do the job while he collects your money. If for any reason he gets stuck (probably, gets another job else where or something) he's sure to abandons your job. The most sickening thing about this guy is that he'll not take your calls when he starts his gimmicks and he'll barely respond to your emails. He's a fraud and a very dishonest individual. I went through hell with him..; I hope you don't fall into the same trap I did...
