Our furnace was making an aweful noise.
last week. Sent a video to CMH’s manager Craig. Right away he gives us instructions to remove the cover and look inside. We live on an acreage and have mice looking to come inside for the winter. Well. That was the problem, a mouse had squeezed inside the furnace. Set it off balance. Thanks to Craig and his wisdom there was no cost involved nor down time. I refer his company all the time.
