Personable and responsive service. Communication regarding delays ( because there are always delays) helpful and as accurate as could be. Connected with many community services, so that even years after initial contact and work, I can connect and will either receive help and service or be directed to other appropriate professional in he community.
And the actual work? Seems top notch to me! Looks as if it were done yesterday after 3 - 4 years of use.
I think there is great value for a homeowner who is not skilled in these matters to have an ongoing reliable connection.

Jeff and his crew did a wonderful job on our upstairs Master Bathroom and it looks amazing. Jeff made sure that everything was done correctly and on time which to us was important.
He is very professional.
