tried to call Dani for service and the phone number was disconnected and the website was not available..
I wonder how many un honored vouchers are there out there.
I purchased 2 teambuy coupons for Dani's Green Cleaning services for my entire home for up to 3,000sq. The first appointment was booked within a month and she did a great job. The second time I called to book my second coupon she told me I would have to wait until October, I called in February. So I had to wait over 7 months for her to honor her coupon? I noticed she had several other different offers on the go other coupon websites and think she got a little too busy. Since I liked her services, I decided to book her cleaning services for a regular (full priced) cleaning. She had already cleaned my house once, so she knew what size it was (approx. 2200sq not including the basement which I don't get cleaned because we are never in the basement). She said it would be around $160 via an email quote to me prior to cleaning my home. After she finished cleaning she emailed me and said I owed her $320 because she had 4 girls cleaning my home for 2 hours. Also because I didnâ€™t want to set up a bi-weekly service (thank god I didn't) with her it was going to cost me $320. I never agreed to 4 people and I definately didn't agree to $320 for a house cleaning. After much back and forth she begrudgingly agreed to honor her quoted price of $160. Now my second appointment date has come and gone and she never showed up for her scheduled appointmente. I had to wait over 7 months for that appointment and she couldn't even show up or call me to say she was cancelling or rescheduling! I even paid for her full priced service and she still couldn't honor her coupon. I've since tried to contact her with no response and Iâ€™ve since made a claim with teambuy. I'm hoping to get a refund since my coupon expires November 23 2012 and I highly doubt she'll be able to honor that coupon within the time frame...since it took over 7 months for her to "attempt" to honor the last one or at least she can extend my coupon and finally honor her promise of services.
my experience is very simular, a no show TWICE !! do not use this company.
I booked Dani's using a voucher I bought online. I booked the appointment via email as the website states you will get a faster response. It still took a day for them to respond. She was accommodating as she booked an appointment after my voucher was set to expire. However, the appointment was booked for July 2. I booked the appointment on behalf of my elderly parents. Of course they were left waiting all day. I emailed Dani, called her and no answer. the next day I received an email with apologies saying they had been closed that day and that they would rebook. eventually we decided on August 1 at 9am. Again, no one showed up. I called, and emailed, and there was no response! my mom was not only really disappointed, but it take a lot of energy for her to get ready and be prepared for someone to come into her home. (her health is not good, which is WHY I booked this in the first place) . I have now sent an email asking for a refund, but of course I am getting no response. DO NOT use Dani's !!
I have never been so utterly disappointed dealing with a company before in my life. I received a Living Social voucher that was worth 4 hours of cleaning as a gift from a friend. After placing a call to Dani's Green Clean, Dani response quickly and told me to email her and she would reply with the next available date. So I scheduled my appointment for a month later and was looking forward to utilizing their services.
When the day of my appointment arrived, I left work (unpaid) to be home to let Dani's Green Clean into my house. My appointment time came and went. After half an hour, I phoned and left a voicemail indicating that no one had showed up and my appointment time had passed. After an hour had passed I called again; still no answer. This time in my voicemail, I explained I was a tad disappointed because I had taken time off work and just wanted someone to call me back and explain what happened. This was Friday around 3:30pm and 4:00pm.
All weekend I wondered what happened to my appointment. Finally on Monday, Dani wrote me an email simply saying they had somehow forgot about my appointment and that they would try and schedule it again soon. I was pretty upset.
I explained to Dani that I had taken time off work to be at this appointment and found it discouraging that they made no attempt to make up for my frustration and lost time. Honestly if I had received a phone call with a sincere apology (instead of an e-mail) and perhaps an offer to extend my 4 hours of cleaning to 8 hours, I would have been sufficiently impressed.
I even told Dani in my email that I was disappointed because I was looking for a regular cleaning company to visit my place monthly and that this voucher would be a good chance to test out the company.
After this experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Regardless of how well they may or may not clean (I never got to find out), the way they conduct themselves as a business is just disrespectful.
