Was switching from gas to electric and had to get gas capped off, check some electrical stuff. I thought I needed a new electrical panel and did not as it turned out - he came on time, got the work done quickly, very polite and pleasant - showed me where to find valves to turn things on and off in the basement and outdoors should I need to. I am happy with the work and would hire again or recommend to anyone.

We woke up this morning to find that our furnace had died overnight, and with a rapidly cooling home. I called Karel, who was able to immediately schedule us in (and was over in less than an hour!). He was rapidly able to identify the problem with our furnace, source a replacement part, and finish the fix in a matter of hours. Amazing! And during the process, Karel gave clear explanations on what he was doing and gave helpful advice on how I should maintain the furnace and our electrical system going forward. Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

Karel was able to come the same day I called him and he diagnosed the problems with my mal functioning outlets in the kitchen - a tricky job. He also fixed/repaired 2 outside outlets on a cold winter evening despite the fact that I said we could deal with those in the warmer weather. He provided a rough quote up front and his quote was very accurate. Karel explained everything that he was doing as he went along. He was very professional and thorough and also provided some advice on other potential electrical issues in our old house. I would highly recommend him.

We were told by a local contractor that we needed a new a/c. We called Karel for a second opinion. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and picked up a very inexpensive part on his way over. A/c was up and running in 20 minutes. He came out on his day off and saved us THOUSANDS of $$$ by repairing our existing a/c. He is honest and very reliable. Will call him in a minute next time I need a contractor.
