I feel lucky that Dave did a number of jobs for me.
He rebuilt my shed - from the roof to the walls. He rebuilt a fence, removing a large bush in the process. He did a number of home repairs from ducts to wall mounting my TV.
Dave was a kind and professional human with reasonable rates. He was even kind to my young daughter.
When I have more jobs, I will definitely check if Dave is available for more work.

Dave assessed the situation, explained everything, explained options and costs, was completely honest, and trustworthy, and worked with a happy and diligent disposition. We now have a remodeled, upgraded, beautiful, functional bathroom.

Dave has done a superb job in everything he has done for the members of our building, from total bathroom replacements, to wall and floor replacements. There is no mess to clean up when he leaves, he is quiet, respectful and a very good worker.

I contracted Discount Renos on two occasions to complete our hardwood floors on our main level. We had to do it in two stages due to material back order. Even though he was booked rather solidly, Dave was able to schedule us in and in both cases, his estimated times were bang on. He took great care to do the jobs the same way he would do for his own home. He is a perfectionist but also very efficient with his time. Both stages are perfect and look amazing.
I think the best example of his customer care was his attention to cleaning up at the end of each day; especially, on the last day. Dave left the areas exactly the way he found them. Very few contractors pay attention to that degree.
I highly recommend Discount Renos and suggest contacting him as soon as you decide on your project to get onto his schedule.
On last thing… his pricing is excellent and he honours his quote.
