I had the best experience with this DMSPro painting & reno and would recommended them to anyone that needs any type of renovations done.
They were extremely thorough with their work and their attention to detail truly was outstanding. They completely transformed our home, and it ended up looking exactly how we envisioned our dream home to be. Even though everything was orchestrated by them, they made sure to explain each process to us ensuring we were happy and on board with it all.
The work was finished right on schedule, in fact everything was done sooner than we expected and all fit within our budget as promised.

We provide a comprehensive two-year warranty on all completed work. This warranty ensures that our clients receive the utmost satisfaction and peace of mind regarding the craftsmanship and materials utilized in their project. Scope of Warranty: The two-year warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials within the specified period. This includes issues related to painting, renovations, and any restoration work undertaken by DMSPro. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from external factors, such as natural disasters, accidents, misuse, or alterations made by parties other than DMSPro Painting & Reno. Additionally, normal wear and tear are not considered under this warranty. Client Responsibilities: To maintain the validity of the warranty, clients are responsible for providing prompt notice of any potential warranty claim within the two-year period. Clients must allow DMSPro Painting & Reno reasonable access to the property for inspection and remediation, if necessary. Remediation Process: Upon validation of a warranty claim, DMSPro Painting & Reno will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective work or materials. The scope of remediation will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the claim. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original client for whom the renovation or restoration work was initially completed by DMSPro Painting & Reno. Limitation of Liability: DMSPro Painting & Reno's liability is limited to the terms outlined in this warranty. We shall not be held responsible for consequential damages or costs incurred beyond the scope of the original project.
