We came upon Do-It-All Contracting after having difficulties finding a contractor to complete our basement development. Joe and team were great to work with and our experience was extremely positive over all. Joe was very professional, and the work the team completed was of high quality. Joe communicated with us every step of the way to ensure we were satisfied. We would use Do-It-All contracting again in the future and recommend them to others.

We needed to renovate the basement in an 80+ year old home. I got quotes from multiple contractors, but it was immediately apparent that several of the companies were focused on a cosmetic renovation. I did not have the confidence that they were equipped to deal with the complexities and challenges of a home this age. I am very glad I chose Do it all Contracting, as Joe and his team met every surprise and challenge with the knowledge and experience to quickly deal with problems as they arose. Nothing in a home this age is meets current building/safety codes. I appreciated Joe's ability to navigate permits and inspections and ensure that the renovation was not only beautiful, but safe and up to today's standards. The project was over budget, but this was largely due to the unanticipated problems that emerged, and my requests for additional elements to enhance the comfort of the space and quality of the renovation. Joe was very responsive to communication by text, email and phone. His staff was courteous and very respectful of the female tenants living on site during the renovation. The project was finished almost on time, with only a minor delay that really was unavoidable given current supply issues and staffing issues everywhere. I recommend Joe and Do it all Contracting without hesitation.
