I had contacted Done Right Roofing to get a quote on a roof repair for a house I was looking to purchase. Their response time and professionalism in communication was extremely impressive. When an estimator got to the house I was looking to buy he called me and gave me a detailed idea of what we were looking at. Later on he sent me an excellent report with great photos so I could see AND understand what was going on. He noticed some huge deficiencies with the previous roof job done by the current owner. The attention to detail in his evaluation was outstanding, I was VERY impressed. Done Right Roofing saved me 10s of thousands of dollars and possibly more by purchasing a home with severe roof issues. Despite not doing business with them at this moment, they have won a customer for life. When I do purchase a home this is the only company I will be calling for roof repairs. Roof is ok quality, owner of company is plain ignorant, guys came and damaged our home, wrecked areas of soffit, put nails threw fascia, scratched siding, stole my shovel out of my yard, put staples in my picnic table, left greasy hand prints all over my siding, tore my downspouts, spit on my woodwork in my yard, to much to list, buyer beware!!!
