Deck work was completed, had issue with the floor boards near the front entrance door. Crew informed that they would fix the issue. Crew never came back to resolve the issue.
Plus they never came back to remove the forms for the new section of sidewalk. All in all the job was not completed even though I made full payment for the work. Poor job done on the sidewalk. Very disappointed. I sent emails and made many phone calls to the business but never got a response from them.

Poor workmanship & customer care.
I had built my fence by Dream Deck & Fence, the doorpost at end of the fence got leaned on one side making it impossible for the door to close, happened just after 4/5 months of built. I’d called them to fix the issue, they visited back to check the issue, promised to fix it soon, but no response afterwards, I’ve been chasing them for last 02 years over phone & emails.

My mom stayed home while the deck was being built, she said the crew was friendly, professional, hard working and knowledgeable. She said the crew brightened her day.

What a great company to deal with! All of our questions, whether by phone, text or email, were always answered immediately. Appointments were on time and the work was completed when promised and in the time frame given. A year later our fence still looks like it did when it was built when all of the neighbors are already having warping issues with theirs. We recommend Dream Deck and Fence to everyone!

By far the worst contractor we have had to deal with. So many red flags from the beginning we should have been warned of. The start date got pushed back four times starting a month and half after agreed upon date. Peter the owner never answers texts or calls. When the work was finally completed our fence sunk so much you couldn't close the dog run gate and our landscaping was a nightmare. Half our yard is a massive sink hole and as a result the grass slid apart and died. We reached out to Peter to ask for this to get fixed and he gave myself and my boyfriend the run around for two months. Our home builder even offered to give him loam to redo his poor landscaping. Excuse after excuse after excuse and nothing has been fixed. Will likely have to shell out more money somewhere else next summer to get this POOR work redone. Please save yourself the money, frustration & time.

Peter responded swiftly to our request for his work. He offered a few suggestions and an estimate. After we agreed, he arrived on Sunday to get the work done.
Our gates work better than ever and his solution for one of them to keep it stable, using a trellis, enhanced the look of the backyard.
