Duka and Arsim are the best contractors I have ever worked with. They are responsible, professional, and friendly. Most importantly, they helped me to save money while ensuring the quality of the project.
This is not a small project, which took them 2.5 months to complete. Longer than expected notwithstanding, my wife and I are satisfied with all the details they put into the basement, which results in a beautiful, and functional area for our family.
I am sure there many other contractors you can work with, but Duke and Arsim are not only contractors. We become friends eventually, and I enjoy the past two and half months, during which we together make our little dream come true.

They did an amazing job. It was quick and painless. Finished my basement from nothing to a 2 bedroom suite (with laundry, living room and full washroom) in less than 2 months. I have already referred them to my neighbour. And the most amazing part was they stayed on budget.

Duka renovations is always my first call. I have used them for several years and for many projects including drywall, painting, mudding, trim, tiling and stucco removal. They have always been on time, on budget and have always met my very high expectations. It is extremely difficult to find a reliable, honest, hardworking, trustworthy, and qualified contractor these days. I hesitate to tell you how good they are because I know once the word gets out I fear I will not be able to get them back. Duka Contractors is a 5 star all day long.

Duka and his team did an excellent job at an office renovation for our business. They were punctual and quick yet were meticulous with their work. I was very pleased with the drywall and mudding job. Their painting job was exceptional and beyond what I typically expect. Nice clean crisp lines between ceiling and walls. When I spotted one area that the drywall need a touch up, there was no hesitation and the repair done immediately. We have since used Duka's team at another of our business locations and I will very likely use them personally at my own home.
