Terry did some concrete work in my backyard and it was a disaster! Huge mistakes everywhere! As soon as he was paid in full I never heard from him again and my concrete looks terrible! Be aware buyers! I would imagine his winter snow removal business is just as bad.
There was enormous rat holes, forming did not work, gravel was way above grade falling out from underneath slab, everything was way out of square, stair riser was way too high of a step, slab thickness only 2” in some areas, pad severely cracked and separated after only 1 winter season.
Terry has been ignoring all my emails and texts and completely ghosted me after payment.

We contacted Terry and received a quote from him for the work to be done that same day for snow removal services. He requested to be paid in full upfront, we paid via etransfer the full amount as we needed the snow removed that same day. Three days later we are still chasing after him and the snow has not been removed despite many empty promises. We are very unhappy with the unprofessionalism of this company and now we’re out $300 and we still have to pay another person to have the snow removed as it’s a business.
