I used these guys to do the new gutters on my new house. Spoke to Bryce the owner and he required credit card info before they started. They installed the gutters completely wrong, did not screw the down pipes together so they all fell off in the wind, used the wrong kind of screws on the gutters so they rusted and stained the new siding. But the worst was that the gutters didn’t even catch the rain water and we had water running behind the gutters.i called Bryce about the issues and he had every excuse in the book not to return to fix them. Kids were sick, workers were sick, truck wouldn’t start, went on Holliday’s ect ect. We hired a real gutter company to come fix everything a year later. Cost us over $800. Save yourself the trouble and don’t use these guys. The owner Bryce is so nice until he has your credit card number then he becomes rude and confrontational.

Bryce took our deposit for a job in kitsilano. Then complained he couldnt park his truck. Blamed me. Then the house was too high so he wanted me to get scaffolding. Ha?? Ha like what does an accountant know about that. This was months.

Then he refused to return the deposit.

He just took it.

To me it feels like 1300 $$ was stolen from us.

My advise dont use this company. Ever.

Horrible experience for us.

Bryce came by, quickly looked at job, provided details of what was required and an estimate. Technician came by later in the day to do the work suggesting that a good deal of what was detailed in the estimate wasn't needed. Less than an hour later, the job was completed -- happy customer? Happy with the speed of response and the work that was actually done -- YES! Happy that I was invoiced the original estimated amount ($475 + tax) regardless that a good deal of what was detailed in the estimate wasn't needed and therefore not done -- NO!! And the bullying / threatening / unprofessional response from President Bryce when I questioned the bill was even less impressive!!!
