Daniel and his team came and remodeled my kitchen and bathroom and did an excellent job!! 2 thumbs up for him and his team. He was very kind to me and my husband and helped us out on lots of other things that we did not think of. We will call him back to do our basement..

Contractors beware!
Daniel was hired as a sub to do some carpentry work for our company. The moment I left him alone he pulled out his portfolio and showed it to my clients trying to get work directly from them and cut us out. All while on the clock. Very sneaky.
After 1 week of work he was given a partial payment for the weeks' work and was told he would receive the outstanding balance in the coming week, however when I arrived on the job site there were several tools missing. Dan, that is theft in case you weren't aware.
I will not get in a war of words with Shawn since he does not know how to read or wright. Theft is taking something from someone without having the intentions of giving it back. Like I said before, as soon as the rest of the amount is paid I will gladly give back what I took and that is the way I explained it to Shawn. Theft is when you have people to work for you and don't pay them. As for the port folio, I don't have one. I gave them a Schluter catalogue that Shawn saw before hand.
