Rob Patterson’s company will promise to make your purchase/installation perfect. This is a lie.
He will finish installing and tell you to go on membership out of nowhere. Membership is very expensive and if you don’t, he will charge you when he sends a technician out anyways.
The service is always having issues. Buyer beware as I recommend a different company that will not try to scam you like this company.
