Hi All
Enviro Pavings Jason and Ellen do not stand behind their workmanship or product.
We hired Enviro Paving two years ago.
They completed the job but it was wavy and uneven and so much so that furniture would wobble and some people tripped. After a lot of back and forth Ellen agreed to a partial fix, to eliminate the worst problems, but not fix everything.
Unfortunately, the repair made it worse. They used a different color and the resulting seam created a big hump that was even a worse tripping hazard. Then the seam failed. The hump is so big a small level rocks up and down over the seam.
All Jason offered to do was glue the seam for their “warranty” and “workmanship” guarantee. They falsely claimed that their job was fine and “up to industry standards”.
We went to the CRTBC Consumer Resolution Tribunal to get a resolution and the CRT decided in our favor almost a year ago but Enviro Paving has refused to respond or make any payments.
Avoid Enviro Paving at all costs.
If you have paid a deposit ask for it back, or you may have to pay a second company to come and redo their work like us.
