If you are purchasing an older home, or just renewing your existing insurance policy, I highly recommend having all plugs & switches audited for proper grounding protection.
A 60-amp service, or a service with knob and tube or aluminium wiring is not necessarily problematic in itself, so long as it is properly installed and maintained.
