Tells Very big lies..Say he has experience in many things. The only experience he has is lies
Had a leak in my roof and he claimed he could fix. Just caused more leaking problems. Said he could replace and fix my gutters it fell apart in just one week. Said he would fix my ceiling where it leaked. Fell on the floor after first rain.. Tried to get in touch with him and he has disappeared. Pictures show what I found when went up on my roof to see why it was leaking. Other pictures show what professional roofers found where he had supposed to had fixed. Note the repair was not nailed down and insulation was poorly placed. I want to sue this guy so if you know where to find him please let me know.
P.S. I am not, nor ever have, been related to him in any way.
I also have many pictures and quotes and receipts of so called jobs completed. Your continuing lies will not help you. Your Queen Street job also as many problems you failed to address and fix. Any one wanting to see these pictures need only to contact me. Your last name says it all nothing but storeys. I also have pictures of you doing the jobs on my property. As for 4 other contractors and refusing to pay? Your lies are starting to catch up to you. I demand $6500. for your destruction of property plus return of all moneys charged by you. If you really have insurance I want the policy number and name of the company so I may make my claim. I know you lied about that to and continue to do so.
I am the 4th contractor you had there to do work.... complained about them all and even neglected to pay one. You never called same number it has never changed. As for insulation we did not do it. We have pictures of problems we advised of that you chose not to repair.

Very pissed off at this contractor. In his contract he wants 40 percent down 10 days prior to work being done. Any repeatable company may ask for a small deposit but not 40 percent. So my mom paid him the money 4 months ago. Has not done any work. Will not return her calls. He owes her $2,400 back. She just wants her money back. We now have to take it to the next step of calling the cops.
He originally was hired through The Brick to put in her dishwasher and he saw she was doing renovations and said that he could do her floors. Why would you not trust this person as they were hired by The Brick.
He is a scam artist and I would NOT recommend him to my worst enemy.
If you use him after reading this post then you are a fool.
We have never had this person as a customer but is just an ex causing issues.... I ask no one regard this comment please...
