The owner of First Class Windows spent many years working for other home renovation companies selling windows, doors and siding related products. Working for both resellers and manufacturers he found that the same old style selling approach of focusing on closing the deal at the first appointment using dubious selling techniques combined with high pressure and high prices left many homeowners very unsatisfied with their renovation buying experience. All of our installers must have a minimum of 10 years experience and are WSIB certified. We also carry $1,000,000 Liability Insurance for residential work. We do not telemarket and our 'No Pressure' estimates are free.
